Stayed in budget double room with a window which could n't be opened, TV and kettle. The location seemed magnificent and incredible close to town centre. What's more, it was next to airport, shops and Cowcaddens station. ...

It was in a good location near the bus station.
We had to pay to store our bags before check-in. I've never experienced this at a hotel before. Also, it was cheap, but not THAT cheap. It would have been a lot better to have at least a shelf or small table in the room.

The reception staff were fantastic and super friendly, helping me with hot drinks and questions about the area. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre.

Location
The room had no window and if you factor in the cost of a TV or internet access you are cheaper going to any other hotel. Even Travelodge is a better option.

Location
The bed was hard The room too small If you sit on the toilet your feet are in the shower The room extremely cold a continuous humming sound that keeps you awake Staff just unlock the door and walk in, no knocking just walk in Signals appear to be blocked so important calls can not be made or received, I had to go outside in order to make calls. All the add on charges and parking expenses made the stay more expensive than other budget hotels. I had booked two nights but I was so uncomfortable I left after one night and found another hotel which was far cheaper, good sized rooms, tv programs included in cost, free parking, warm rooms, comfortable beds, tea and coffee in the rooms. I could go on but you will only ignore this and nothing will be done. Easy Hotel!!!!! Yes easy to take money hard on guests

Good location
You had to pay for add ons. Even had to pay to get a remote control to watch tv. Too small, had to go to reception to control heating in room.
